Dangers of railfanning
Not a RR subject, but RR related. I was on my way to the local RR club in 1974 and tangled with an 18 out on the Crosstown and I-35W. Someone cut him off and his rig jackknifed in front of me. I woke up in an ambulance on the way to Fairview hospital. The driver was DWI. The car is probably an SUV by now.
